Assembly & Tool Room is now centrally air conditioned and well equipped by highly experienced professional lath operator, fitter & fabricators. Installed machinery CNC Turnning Centre with Fanuc Control- for production of metal components in superior quality and speed | Single Spindle Second Operation Turret Lathe - for finishing of metal components in superior quality and speed | Multipurpose Drilling Milling Tapping Machine - for Milling Tapping Drilling Boring & Reaming operation of metal components in superior quality and speed | Marking or Scribiling Machine. All Components are outsourced from certified and controlled small manufacturers. An informative library was built over the years for staff , trainee and customer. We follow computerised maintenance of records at each manufacturing & processing stage upto sale.

Testing & Calibration is equiped with high pressure test bench, analogue and digital pressure calibration, analogue and digital flow calibration, leak detection monitor, sonicflow flowmeter, spirahelic direct drive pressure gauge, comparison test pump, computerised maintenance of records for quality control & certification purpose.
